Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Project Support: To use the Link-up systems and processes to support efficient tracking and preparation of workshop activities and materials.
- Encodes data.
- Creates Analytics reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Creates Team and Organization Charts using custom Link-up software.
- Populates PowerPoint slides using Link-up templates.
- Creates Name Cards and Badges using Link-up templates.
- Sales and Other Team Support: To support sales activities through the presentation of professional materials.
- Creates Organizational charts using custom Link-up software.
- Prepares activity stock takes using Excel.
- Assigns and maintains client tags within I.D. Community database.
- Creates and manages other excel reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a challenging office environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and confidence picking up new software applications.
- Experience in the following:
- Salesforce.com
- Alternative CRM beneficial.
- Working with a virtual team.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Commitment to learning about the I.D.™ and the I.D System™ and implementing these learnings and awareness.
