Penbrothers is a start up business solutions company that offer co-working, human resources, and payroll services to our clients. The Penbrothers Client Manager serves as the liaison between us and our clients. Your main objective is to ensure excellent customer service, client satisfaction and upselling our services. You will also manage client relationships, develop account plans, and the said delivery.
Responsibilities
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Resolving client concerns
- Answering client queries
- Following up with clients to fulfill their obligations (payment, movement, etc)
- COORDINATION
- Maintain constant communication with other departments
- Ensures that queries and resolutions are seen to within given time
- Escalate client concerns to respective departments
- UPSELLING
- Encouraging clients to upscale the services they subscribe to
- Proactively looking for way to help clients
- Reporting regular client requests or questions
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High to Native English Proficiency
- Sales Skills
- Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
- Problem Solving/Conflict Resolution
- Sense of Accountability and Responsibility
- MS Office Proficiency
- Presentation Skills
- Familiarity/Savvy with CRM Process
