Logistics Manager

Based in Manila and reporting directly to the Managing Partners, the successful candidate will be the overall responsible for order fulfillment across all sales channels and the company’s entire cross-country logistics network. We’re looking for someone passionate about operations, logistics, import and export trade, who would love to be part of a young and hungry multicultural start-up team!

Responsibilities

• Order processing and fulfillment
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to clients
• Ensure that shipments adhere to customs regulations of destination country
• Devise strategies for import and export in different territories
• Assist in onboarding new clients and ensure system preparation for incoming orders
• Manage performance of third party warehouse and logistics partners
• Facilitate strong and effective communication between Business Development and Supply Chain Teams.

• University Degree in related field (Business/Economics/Logistics/Trading)
• Deep interest and/or know-how of logistics systems as well as international trading laws and guidelines
• Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry would be advantage
• Must be detail-oriented and have good research skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must, other foreign language would be an advantage but not required
• Fast learner and good team player
