About the Role:
We’re looking for a hard-working, motivated individual to run our finance team. Reporting to the Management, you will play a key role in providing accurate, valuable information to support accurate decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Play a major role in month end close, including the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations
- Research and advise on various accounting topics and transactions, as they arise
- Continually develop, expand and improve financial reporting procedures for all areas of operations
- Work in XERO to develop and maintain control of all accounting and documentation
- Invoice all customers and assure on-time payments
- Support the year-end financial statement audit
- Payroll and salary disbursement twice a month
- Overtime calculations
- Coordinate complex finance and cash flow data
- Create monthly financial reports and present to the top Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Detail oriented & self-sufficient
- Preferably with 3-5 years of experience
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Presentation skills
