Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform analysis on large datasets to enable data-driven decision making, using tools like Python and SQL.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques
- Provide actionable insights and be proactive in suggesting, developing, and implementing ideas or solutions that will impact the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with the management and other departments to execute on strategic initiatives through project-based research and ad-hoc analysis.
- Drive efficiencies in business with automation of data and information, and identify areas of opportunity where existing data could provide enhanced business benefit
- Design, build, enhance, and maintain different reporting dashboards.
- Translate technical findings to non-technical audiences and communicate it properly through the use of well-designed visualizations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to data analyst personnel.
- Provide assistance in other areas of the department/company as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- B.S or M.S degree preferably in a quantitative major or in a related field like Math, Statistics or Business Analytics
- Quantitative analysis background with 3+ years of experience using data to solve problems and effectively answer business most pressing questions
- Excellent SQL skills: extensive experience querying large, complex data sets
- Experience in Python for feature engineering, and the development of statistical learning and machine learning algorithms.
- Advanced data visualization skills; experience in using tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc. is required.
- Knowledge of databases and data warehouses specifically Google Big Query.
- Preferably with experience in Pandas, Numpy, SciPy, and Scikit-Learn.
- Experience in Tensorflow, Apache Airflow, and Flask/Django is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and oral communication along with presentation and interpersonal skills.
