Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Customer/Client Relations
- Courtesy visits and meetings with clients
- Regular check-in meetings with clients
- Upselling & Business Development
- Negotiations of contract renewals and price escalations
- Encouraging clients to grown and add new requisitions or headcount
- Upgrading client service status
- Revenue Diversifications
- Identifying client needs and possible new business avenues
- Departmental Support
- Point of escalation of unresponsive clients
- Point of escalation of service delivery teams
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience in account management, customer experience or sales is a big plus
- High to native proficiency in written and spoken English
- Great interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
