We are currently looking for energetic, dedicated and detail-oriented chat operators who
would be the primary point of contact for our customers and who would be responsible for
replying to incoming queries via text messages. The customers are mostly clients of an
online dating portal and your main task will be to keep the customers engaged as long as
possible.

• Act as the main contact point for the customers.
• Reply to all incoming messages in a creative and courteous fashion.
• Engage the customers to keep them online and chatting as long as possible.
• Prepare engaging and interesting written content as per the guidelines provided.

• You write English fluently and without grammatical mistakes.
• You can work independently and in a team.
• You are open-minded and creative.
• You always give your best.
• You do not mind working with adult related content.
• You are of legal age
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
