Accounting Analyst  

❏ Lead the migration of Accounting Records from Old System to New System within the next 2-3
months
❏ Maintain accurate financial records by posting day to day journal entries for revenue,
disbursements, and intercompany-related transactions
❏ Collate source documents for all journal entries recorded
❏ Perform month-end reconciling entries
❏ Timely update of expense recording in the accounting system
❏ Work with collection analyst in performing bank reconciliation
❏ Assist the direct supervisor in report preparation by maintaining the general ledger of company
and its subsidiaries
❏ Drive the accomplishment of KPIs and other performance targets.

❏ Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or related
field
❏ Having experience in Xero is an advantage
❏ Professional certification is an advantage but not required
❏ Good oral and written communication skills
❏ Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel and Word
❏ High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
