Deskripsi Pekerjaan
AS OUR ITOPS Engineer, YOU WILL:
- Monitor and support the production environment and core services
- Identify, resolve or escalate any anomalies before any form of service degradation/downtime is experienced
- Ensure that assigned or escalated requests to other internal teams or 3rd party service providers are adequately followed-up
- Monitor and oversee all incoming service requests, alerts, events and incidents
- Proactively monitor the company’s datacenters, infrastructure and systems
- Maintain and improve the NOC monitoring tools
- Review monitoring data and present recommendations
- Coordinate all communication for production incidents
- Automate repetitive support processes
- Assist in streamlining internal processes
- Recommend improvements to solve any potential shortcomings
Kualifikasi Minimum
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any related course
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar support function
- Good knowledge of system and network management practices
- Exposure to technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Graylog/Splunk and Pingdom
- Familiar with Linux-based systems and has basic Linux CLI and SysAdmin skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification is an advantage
- A driven and result-oriented attitude, must be analytical and organized
- A strong customer focus and knowledge of IT Service Management standards and processes
- Is excellent in both oral and written English communication
- Is curious, responsible and committed
