Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Manage the work of team members to ensure productivity and provide guidance as needed
- Develop strategic and optimization plans then oversee the build, implementation and evaluation of results
- Ensure delivery of stock targets
- Drive inventory levels to health
- Analyze past trends and anticipate future needs, risks and opportunities
- Inspire the team to deliver insights to the business and facilitate experimentation
- Lead team and inter-departmental work synergies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics or Accounting
- At least 5-8 years work experience in the same capacity at a Fashion Retail or E-commerce company
