Full Stack/Web Developer  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Designs and populates advanced/custom Websites, Mobile Websites and Landing Pages.
• Develops approved design according to best practices in WordPress CMS.
• Works directly with Designers and Project Managers to design the overall look and feel of websites.
• Creates timeline/schedule for requirements.
• Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
• Effectively manages all projects assigned by manager and/or coordinators.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, Programming, or equivalent experience is required.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of web design experience and a portfolio readily available.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• The incumbent/candidate must be detail oriented, well organised, and self-motivated.
• The incumbent/candidate must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, WordPress and best practise plugins and themes (Genesis, Beaver Builder)
• Sketch, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, mysql experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
• Must have strong creative, technical and analytical skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills in both technical and business environments.
