IT PM | Engineering Manager  

The Project Manager manages strategic IT projects. Project managementresponsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and withinscope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarizeprogress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of projects regularly.

• A professional with 5+ years of proven experience in the IT engineering field in a complex and multi-cultural environment;
• Proven record of delivering successful software projects;
• Experienced in managing team towards delivering both Front Office and Back Office applications. Experience in large scale e-commerce players is a plus;
• Capable of acting as a Technical Reference and Evangelist for the use of new organizational processes, team management methodologies, technologies and development processes within the managed team;
• An excellent communicator in English, with the capability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization;
• Set goals and development targets for the Engineers within managed team and support the team with feedback and development plans as they progress;
• Engage with the team Product Managers and Engineering Leads into building a backlog that continuously contributes to the execution of the roadmap;

• Capable leading technical decisions for multiple teams (PHP-Laravel, Python, Javascript-Bootstrap and Angular)
• Experience in e commerce and retail systems and projects
• Able to perform impact analysis and provide time based estimations
• Able to translate business requirements to technical requirements, and lead technical discussions across multiple teams
• Able to lead an execution roadmap across multiple teams
• Able to ensure proper documentation for solution implementation
