Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You prepare projects for investors
- Develop, build and maintain financial modeling of projects including sensitivity analysis
- Prepare an attractive investment presentation & teaser
- Prepare and complete the data-room to a standard for institutional investors
- Collaborate with project developer to acquire/generate required information
You engage investors marketing the projects and facilitating a smooth due diligence
- Market the investment opportunities to current and new investors
- Lead asset presentations, Q&A, due diligence
- Liaise between investor and project developer supporting negotiations
You lead projects & developers onto the platform
- Lead focus group engagements for platform development
- Pivotal role in commercial roll-out of the platform
- Support users in using the platform, onboarding projects and users
- Improve the platform based on user feedback
You contribute to building our company
- Contribute towards new service offerings or revenue streams
- Actively follow industry news & trends
- Visit conferences and industry events for leads
- Support our platform development with your knowledge & experience
- Business development acquiring both investor and project developer clients
Kualifikasi Minimum
Professional Experience
- 1-3 years in investment banking, financial advisory or related fields
- Performed investment due diligence across full spectrum of legal, financial and technical areas
- Exposure to electricity, power & energy is preferred
- Working experience in South & South-East Asia, outside Singapore
Competences
- Confidently communicate with investors as well as project developer executives
- Collaborate effectively with project developers unfamiliar with financial industry
- Working for a start-up requires willingness to be hands-on on any task or project outside the job description
- Actively engage and debate our company product offerings & strategy
