Account Executive  

Key Responsibilities

• Execute on client briefings and generate quotations using company's Job Management System (JMS), rate cards and profit guidelines
• Implement secondary business attraction strategies in assistance to the Sales and Accounts Team (for example: generating client lead lists)
• Liaise with Production Manager to coordinate the involvement of company staff, including support, service and management resources in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
• Manage relationships and with necessary suppliers
• Observe and practice company's OHS and HR policy, guidelines and procedures

• Account management experience
• Highly process driven
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines and stay within budget
• Planning skills ○ Time management skills
• Works well both in a team and autonomously
• Bilingual (fluency in Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Vietnamese or Spanish)
