Partnership Associate  

The Partnership Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, but primarily, building strategic partnerships by researching and contacting qualified leads, converting them into potential clients, and positioning our partnership opportunities to help grow the business. You will be working for Luxclusif, a vintage bag, apparel and accessory curator currently supplying authentic pre-owned items from high-end brands, to both online and offline channels across Europe, the Middle-East, and Asia. We carry merchandise from the world's most exclusive and luxurious brands, giving our customers access to timeless pieces at exceptional value.

Responsibilities (Do in Bullets)

• Reports directly to the Head of Strategy & Partnerships
• Understand and execute strategic plans to attain mid-term and yearly objectives
• Tracking and analyzing data or reports from leads necessary to execute and improve strategies.
• Utilize leads to establish relationships, do presentations, develop and recommend partnership opportunities for us to be a trusted business partner.
• Do market research to identify market opportunities and gain a better understanding of partner needs, which includes studying reports, market data on websites and gather competitive intelligence to keep track of competitor’s activity.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• At least 2 years in a business development or sales officer role with a proven record in meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Top notch sales, relationship development and negotiation acumen
• Self-starter, focused, detail-oriented, and team-player
• Ability to flourish in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
• Experience working in Store Specialists, Inc. LVMH, Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, AVA.ph is a huge advantage.
