Senior Graphic Artist (UI/UX)  

• Responsible for the design, creation, and layout of all visual assets for use on-site and outbound marketing materials and collaterals.
• Responsible for website optimization with due respect to engagement and conversion metrics and overall usability; this includes the identification of fail points, designing the sequence of tests and corresponding iterations for testing, and leading the final execution and implementation of changes to be made.
• Develop visual standards and the brand bible, and ensure integrity and compliance of the brand’s visual identity across all relevant channels.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments such as tech, marketing, and operations.
• Manage relationships and timely delivery of graphic vendors according to service level standards and agreements.

• Experience with front-end website development with a solid understanding of navigation, UI/UX principles, and industry standards.
• Must have an acute understanding of the responsive design and relevant experience designing for multi-screen and/or mobile-first applications.
• Can balance design theory and aesthetic sensibilities with data-driven testing when making design-centric decisions.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; practical experience in CSS, HTML 5, jQuery, and JavaScript is a definite plus.
• Can work autonomously with minimal supervision to manage workload and ensure timely completion of projects.

Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and be willing to work in Makati.
