Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Accurately follow detailed instructions through a complex process
- Reach out to specific partners related to new and existing clients for specific information
- Maintain clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication across a large number of contacts
- Accurately update specific data fields inside of software programs with the correct data as you receive it
- Consistently schedule follow-ups with service providers
- Follow up with various partners for specific data consistently and with urgency
- Work through the rate load backlog to ensure the system is as current as possible
- Verify updates to the system are behaving correctly once data has been entered into it
- Get organized! Check email, new rate load requests, Slack messages, etc and compile a to-do list
- Send out your scheduled follow-up email for service providers you haven’t heard back from
- Identify new rate loads and begin to reach to the correct service provider
- Collect feedback you’ve received back from various service providers and enter new information into the correct systems
- Reach out to service providers when you have questions
- Test newly loaded rates in the system to make sure they are working correctly
- Accurately document progress in the rate loading backlog
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 100% fluent in written and spoken english including understanding complex nuances of American english
- Work US day-time hours
- Proven track record of working in communication heavy roles
- Proven track record of working within complex processes that require accurate data entry
- Ability to work closely with a remote team
- Ability manage many different tasks across a large number of clients
