Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Act on application requests from brokers internally
- Pre-assess applications to ensure all required information has been received to process an application.
- Respond to application requests with incomplete information, and confirm requirements
- Manage Savvy compliance requirements to ensure documentation received is not fraudulent or have not been altered
- Load applications to selected financier with all notes as provided by broker
- Provide supporting documents to lender to enable assessment of applications
- Follow up on assessment to confirm decision and any additional requirements, and update the broker with the outcome.
- Submit applications for final approval once the vehicle has been found, as update information to reflect request on the final quotation sheet received from the broker.
- Ensure all required documentation has been submitted on Salesforce before submitting to settlements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on a variety of different lenders software systems
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to prioritize applications, and work autonomously
- Ability to adapt their process to get the best results
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Financial background would be an advantage
- Worked in a data entry position before, with complicated scenarios.
