Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define
- scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders to capture and detail the needed
- business requirements
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information;
- evaluating output requirements and formats
- Create high-level wireframes, epics and user stories based on business requirements
- Lead paper-based user testing during product design phase
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming
- project team; establishing project budget
- Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support
- strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the clientgroup
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience in product development / requirements gathering
- Strong experience in wire framing and user story creation
- Ability to impact operations and effect change efficiently
- User centric thinking to create best practise solutions
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
