Business Development and Customer Success Associate

We’re seeking for a highly-organized Business Development & Customer Success Associate to be a part of our team! Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Help recruit top-notch educators who love to inspire and work with children.
• Support the customer acquisition and session set-up efforts through marketing, PR, and partnership development.
• Follow up with families and educators, and provide support required to improve their experience.
• Brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns including social, email, and content marketing.

• Bachelor's Degree
• With at least 2-3 years related work experience
• Has experience with Teaching/Early Education/Kids is highly preferred
• Creative, intelligent, and able to take initiative.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with others as a team player.
• Prior successful entry-level sales, customer service, community management, or business development experience is a plus.
• SEO and digital marketing experience is also a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ideally interested in working with us for a long term and growing with the company.
