Unit Manager | Philam Life Special Program  

Upon completing the selection and application process, the Unit Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Recruit a team of financial advisors and perform joint-field work to fast track their productivity
• Manage the financial advisors to attain consistent productivity and meet awards requirements
• Perform sales activities with personal clients
• Attend training and activities of the team and the company to enhance sales and leadership skills
