Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
- Lead, mentor, coach, train and develop team members to ensure operational efficiency and excellence.
- Collaborate with other team members of other departments to promote seamless service and problem resolution to customers.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
- Track Manila’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports when necessary
- Analyze and present financial reports to stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of Accounting or Business Administration
- Candidate must be a CPA
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- At least five (5) years being an Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance Management for five (5) years
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong Influencing skills
