Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
- Reporting directly to the executive chef
- Ensuring the team has high culinary standards
- Planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen
- Managing food purchasing and storage
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
- Helping create new recipes and write menus
- Responsible for staff scheduling
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has a bachelor’s degree and certificate in Culinary Arts
- Must have three-year experience as head chef or sous chef
- Ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a large staff
- Effective in disciplining underperforming staff members, as well as commending staff members to go above and beyond the expectations of their particular chef roles
- Has an eye for problems that arise in the kitchen and can seize control of a situation at a moment’s notice
- Can work different shifts and ammenable to flexible schedule
- Willing to work in Paranaque
