Social Media Manager / Writer  

The Social Media Manager / Writer is responsible for the following:

• Curate and create content for Facebook and Instagram (70% original, 30% sourced content).
• Submit weekly social media calendar with plotted content, based on appointed themes.(Refer to our social media accounts to see frequency of posts)
• Log in to Instagram and Facebook to respond to comments/DMs, once or twice a day, from Mondays to Fridays.
• Manually post to Instagram 7 days a week, on the scheduled times in the calendar.
• Coordinate with the team regarding marketing promos and activities and adjust social media calendar accordingly.
• Create marketing reports monthly.

SOCIAL MEDIA PORTFOLIO required. In your cover letter, please submit links to social media accounts you've managed, preferably those similar to/or related to our brand.

• Must believe in our brand message and can speak in the voice of PartyGal.
• Mad writing skills.
• With strong social media background in a similar brand or retail industry.
• Comfortable writing in English, Filipino, and colloquial Taglish.
• Working knowledge of basic photo editing software (you must be able to create Instagram posts).
• Culturally in-the-know with current trends.
• Organized and deadline-oriented.
• Tech-savvy and has his/her own smartphone and laptop/PC.
• Has own internet connection.
• Can devote approximately 10-15 hours a week.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Iconosquare, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights are a plus.
