Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overseeing order processing and fulfillment.
- Overseeing and managing inquiries (a company mobile phone and SIM will be provided)
- Shipping Management
- Conflict Resolution
- Training new Customer Service agents in the Quezon City office in Philam Homes (walking distance from SM North)
- Overseeing the quality of work output by team members
- Ensuring team members' compliance with company policies
- Managing purchasing and supplies
- Overseeing the upload of new products on the website and other operational and administrative tasks that may be assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Believes in our brand message
- At least 2 years work experience
- Graduated from a reputable university
- Preferably Female (due to our largely female clientele)
- With meticulous attention to detail - no t's are left uncrossed!
- Responsible, efficient, and able to make quick decisions.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with basic Windows applications (she can't live without technology)
- Has at least 5Mbps broadband internet speed
- Preferably 40 words-per-minute typing speed
- Own her own PC or laptop
- Amazing Customer Service skills
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Mainly a work-from-home position, but must be able to work in the QC office when necessary (when training new hires, and at least once a week to touch base with the team)
- Can work online from Mondays to Saturdays, 9am-6pm
