- Assist customers with various technical problems around MileApp
- Periodically send issues updates and developments to clients
- Create Tickets and Issues for the technical team as a way to escalate technical problems
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree of Information Systems / Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year(s) as IT Support
- Know how to work with Postman, Json, & Data Analytics
- Can communicate well with clients
- Willing to work with a team
- Actively provide updates about issues
- Be thorough with issues
- Willing to work with night shift
