- Monitor project budget.
- Check and balance project budget (budget vs. actual).
- Prepare and analyze monthly production and/or project cost reports.
- Coordinate with the contractors for billings.
- Prepare and submit Bidding requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 10 years experience in cost management in a construction environment
- With experience in preparations of BOQ, UPA and unit cost analysis, Bid analysis, and Bid document preparation
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
