- Finds potential candidates who are suited for the job
- Maintains and updates 201 files
- Assists with daily operations
- Conducts employee’ evaluation
- Issuance of disciplinary action to all employees
- Monitoring activities in the workplace and ensuring that nobody is violating safety regulation
- Provide employees with safety training to ensure that they are fully aware of safety standards
- Document safety policies, training, regulations, compliance, and adverse events
- Conduct walkthroughs and formal audits to evaluate safety needs and policies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of at least 2 years course in a related field;
- Strong interpersonals skills
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Willing to be assigned in Los Banos, Laguna
