- Shall be primarily responsible in growing the team's local business by identifying prospects in initiating contact to translate them into clients.
- Lead the maintenance, updating the database of potential clients to regulary tap them for their real estate requirements
- Identify target markets, understand how these effort translates into new business .
- Assist in dat to day in brokerage operations including research, and inventory of local real estate market.
- Support senior brokers/managers with handling existing client requirements such as providing tours, evaluating lease proposals, generating reports, preparing budgets, conducting financial analysis of transactions, preparing surveys, and reviewing lease documents).
- When necessary, acts as liason between client, other brokers involved in the projectg to ensure that information flow is effiective and timely among parties.
- Work closely with brokers to prepare proposals and strategies for presentation.
- Analyze and evaluate market feasibility for various real estate transactions and conduct research.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management/Marketing or equivalent.
- With at least 3-5 years of working experience in Business Development- preferably in Property/ Real Estate
- Background in Banking or Hospitality is an advantage.
- Willing to be relocated
