Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage team of SDET’s (frontend and backend) to build/maintain automation tests.
- Providing technical leadership for the design and implementation of test automation.
- Lead SDETs work with other stakeholders to develop automation-based solutions that comply with all project specifications.
- You will collaborate directly with QA, Developers, Product Managers, and Project Managers to ensure quality development and quality of our applications and platforms.
- Develop and contribute to long-term technical solutions and strategies of the SDET department.
- Accountable for overall design, creation and maintenance of automation framework using Selenium, Appium, REST Assured, Katalon, JMeter, etc.
- Improve QA efficiency by implementing in-sprint automation and implement CI/CD.
- Identify quality weaknesses, suggest solutions and drive/initiate change.
- Identify adequate automation tools and build framework for new projects.
- Analyze and synthesize requirements to create automation test plan, scope and test cases.
- Mentor, coaching, hire, fire team members.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in test automation within an agile team.
- You juggle multiple priorities and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of software quality best practices and processes. Experience with a broad range of testing and design patterns.
- Experience in AWS/GCP and technologies like Ansible, Containers, Kubernetes etc is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment.
- A habit of writing clean, re-usable & parameterized code for tests, ensuring coverage.
- Have strong communication and leadership skills as well.
- Team leadership experience is preferred.
