Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage OCC team, make sure the schedule and rotation working well.
- Assist with leading the preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements and achieving KPI targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop team to meet current and future business requirements.
- Build relationships within team members to help create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain communication and relationship with external stakeholders.
- Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Able to prioritize the work in multi-tasking environment.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and follow up on commitments, detail oriented.
- Flexible, accurate and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in Leading Tech / Support.
- Good team leadership ability.
- Specific technical experience and good understanding Linux systems, architecture and integration are required.
- Must also have a good technical understanding of cloud solutions and storage systems. Networking, Splunk, and/or monitoring and security experience is a plus.
