Tech PMO  

As a Tech PMO, you will drive and own project execution/delivery, project manage one or more domain verticals. You will work closely with the engineering team, QA, Product managers, other functions within the company, external parties. You will collaborate with the teams on problem solving, perform technology research and market benchmarking when needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents
• Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing IT issues to ensure business success
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Aligning projects to business goals, managing stakeholders, and communicating project status, milestones, and unexpected difficulties effectively

• Strong technical leadership with great ownership, self-driving and people skills
• Can gather and absorb complex context very fast
• Excellent communication & presentation, concise, timely, can adapt to different level of audiences
• Payment and Fintech related experience is a plus
• Min S1 (BS equivalent) on IT, computer science, engineering or similar fields
• Min 3-years of experience working as a technical project manager, IT industry is preferred
