Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To develop merchant acquisitions strategies for the region (Sumatra)
- To manage/mobilise a team of AEs/Senior AEs to acquire merchants in the region assigned
- To track the performances of AEs/Senior AEs and ensure that they achieve their KPIs
- To plan and execute events activities, merchant gatherings, etc that will drive merchant acquisition
- To cultivate and build key relationship (with mall owners, chains owner, associations, etc) that will generate opportunities for merchant acquisition
- To plan and execute tactical campaigns for large regional accounts
- To manage/maintain existing relationship with large regional accounts
- To manage all merchant acquisition, account management and sales support in the region assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5 - 8 years in Sales/Business Development
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and ‘people skills’
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Customer focused
- Results oriented, hungry for success
- Passionate for playing a hunter role with proven negotiation skill
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule in a dynamic working environment and with minimal supervision
- A quick learner who can adapt well in a fast-growing environment
- Commercially aware, self motivated, and proactive
- Positive personality and can-do attitude
