Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create and maintenance network for OVO user.
- Monitor network office of Lippo Kuningan 20th & 30th floor.
- Manage and control asset IT with General Affair (laptop & printer).
- Manage and install EDC staging and developer (updated firmware version): (TMS for EDC)
- Manage and setting the infrastructure office (CCTV & attendance machine).
- Manage and setting for email: ovo.id + Microsoft Office for OVO user.
- Manage and maintenance IP Phone 3CX PABX (Indosat).
- Manage and maintenance antivirus Bitdefender.
- Maintenance and monitor server finance (Microsoft AX Dynamics).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. a Bachelor's degree majoring at Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any related fields.
- Proven work experience as IT Admin or similar work.
- Has an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Hands-on-experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
