Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Demonstrate skills of accurate assessment, reassessment, development and implementation of plan of care Plans, gives and evaluates nursing care.
- Verifies treatment orders relevant to the dialysis treatment for each individual patient.
- Read and checks treatment plan related to the dialysis treatment including previous flow sheet and acute/chronic orders
- Primes dialyzer and bloodlines
- Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Readies dialysis equipments
- Reports observations to the physician.
- Oversees the dialysis treatment from start to finish
- Cannulates accesses
- Demonstrates the ability to remove femoral sheaths and administer medications, including thrombolytics.
- Cleans and dresses permanent and temporary catheters.
- Monitors patient and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records information.
- Identifies irregular dialysis reactions and notifies appropriate medical team members.
- Secures blood works
- Teaches patients and significant others how to manage their illness, by explaining post treatment home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs, self administration of medication if needed
- Provides pre and post procedure care to patients within the Hemodialysis Unit Facilitates discharge process.
- Observes compliance to hospital policies and procedures
- Safeguards patient confidentiality in all forms of communication
- Interacts compassionately and in a timely manner with all customers
- Performs other position-related duties assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Nursing from a reputable school
- Passed the Local Board rendered by the Professional Regulatory Commission
- With Good Scholastic Record with GPA of 80 and above
- Morally Upright and with Pleasing Personality
- A certified IVT and Renap Nurse
- With BLS/ACLS Training
- Computer Literate
- Preferrably Male
