Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the company whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the company's policies and procedures.
- With a keen interest in the industry of computer and console gaming products and procurement.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of working experience as Procurement or Purchasing Manager is required for this position;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
- Ability to maintain flexibility as priorities change;
- With keen interest in the industry of computer and console gaming products and procurement;
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office application or its open source equivalent like Openoffice, Libreoffice, etc.;
- Willingness to embrace technology to systematize and organize work processes with a view to increasing efficiency and productivity;
- Team player with good work ethics and attitude;
- Resourceful, honest and trustworthy;
- Willing to learn nd keep pace with the changes in the field of computer and console gaming;
- Ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines and in high pressure situations;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Good negotiation skills with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Malate, Manila City.
