Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Liaises directly with the Management for any advances or initiatives to improve the Company's online presence and e-sales.
- Ensures prompt and effective fulfillment of customers orders.
- Liaise with various departments regarding administrative and logistical preparations before the campaign and ensures shipment/orders of customers arrive on time.
- Ensure correct eCommerce website functionality through regular checks and updates to ensure product and price listings are correct
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Marketing, equivalent.
- Preferably Manager specialized in online selling platforms or equivalent, web design (html, photoshop, etc.) and shopping cart know-how is a plus.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- With experience in Digital Marketing and in the field of eCommerce.
- Excellent management skills in the fulfillment of customers' orders.
- Knowledgeable in Magento eCommerce Platform is a plus.
- Proven experience in Shopify Development and Management, Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO and AdWords
- High level of understanding of product requirements
- Excellent solution selling and needs analysis skills
- High attention to detail and Strong organizational skills
- Ideally with knowledge in Backend development (updating of retail items, product information, etc)
