Marketing Specialist  

Marketing, Advertising & Events Management

• Drafts project brief for marketing activities and events such as launches, CSR activities, etc;
• Assists in all marketing activities and events;
• Regularly conducts market research and competitive scanning, particularly on pricing, payment terms, promos, and incentives;
• Provides input on the effectiveness of its project collaterals - off and onsite – for immediate implementation;
• Monitors and updates the company website and other online ad campaigns;
• Receives and processes Marketing Job Order Forms nationwide making sure that all collaterals requested are submitted and delivered on time;
• Prepares budgets of approved proposals, collaterals, and activities;
• Monitors all marketing & advertising collaterals such as billboards, flyers, sales maps, company merchandise, etc;
• Proposes, recommends and processes contracts of advertising opportunities for all projects;
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Reports

• Market research – Quarterly or as needed
• Payment terms availed summary – every 1st and 2nd half of the year
• Inventory report on collaterals and merchandise
• Post-event evaluation report

• A graduate of business or marketing course
• Preferably with experience in marketing or in the same industry for 1-2 years
• With positive mental attitude and people oriented
• With basic people handling skills, leadership and negotiation skills
• With good presentation skills and must be able to do fieldwork
• Resourceful, creative, hardworking, result-oriented and keen on details
