Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check and verify the following:
- Check vouchers (journal entries) and corresponding checks.
- Commission computations.
- Semi-monthly override commission.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual tax payments, remittances, and filing, including those to other government agencies.
- Revolving and petty cash funds replenishments.
- Back-out refunds.
- Journal entries in the Cash Receipts Book and Cash Disbursements Book.
- Prepare the following:
- Schedule of disbursements based on funds availability.
- Year-end reconciliations.
- Monthly Financial Reports and FS.
- Variance analysis reports.
- Facilitate the following:
- Year-end audits and BIR assessments.
- Bank related requirements.
- Manage fund transfers, bills purchases line, and opening/closure of bank accounts.
- Optimize Cash Flow Management.
- Check and review journal vouchers.
- Monitor daily cash position and checks daily cash position report.
- Check, review, and verify remittances (reports).
- Analyze Books of Accounts.
- Reports significant discrepancies and findings.
- Initiate process improvements and simplifications.
- Propose money market placements and investments.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- Experienced in handling budgets and funds management.
- Full knowledge of basic procedures in BIR.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Above average communication skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision and under extreme pressure.
