Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors performance & attendance of sellers during the accreditation seminar
- Validates the accreditation of all new sellers
- Conducts accreditation seminars using approved materials of the company
- Drafts project brief for activities and for new projects launches
- Conducts market research and competitive scanning, particularly on payment terms, buyers promos and sellers incentives
- Provides input on the effectiveness of its project collaterals - off and on site – for immediate implementation
- Attends to all sales & marketing related activities of the project/s assigned to her.
- Presides sales meetings with her sellers and provides all sales and marketing related information which is vital to meeting the corporate targets

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or any business related course
- Preferably with experience in sales & marketing in the same industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With positive mental attitude and people oriented
- With good presentation skills and be able to do fieldwork
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel
