Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develops appropriate training programs/modules that will help improve their selling techniques & strategies for effective selling of projects.
- Conducts Business Opportunity Sales Seminars (BOSS) as needed or as requested.
- Conducts Project Knowledge Seminars (PKS ) to both In-House and Broker Network on a weekly basis.
- Conducts specialized training or workshops from time to time.
- Attends seminars, training or workshops that can be cascaded to sales networks.
- Prepares sales kits, presentation templates and other paraphernalia needed for training, workshops or seminars.
- Prepares training calendars and coordinates with branches nationwide for its implementation.
- Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Psychology/Management/Mass Communication or equivalent from a reputable university
- With excellent verbal and written communication skills and people handling skills
- Adaptable, independent, positive, results-oriented, resourceful, creative and able to multi-task
- Excellent presentation & organizational skills, internet savvy
- Preferably licensed real estate broker but not required
- With at least 1-2 years working experience in training or teaching in the same or related field
- Willing to do fieldwork
