Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Carry out the daily operation of the Restaurant ensuring effective communication of all required standards and procedures.
- Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure standards and steps of service are met through all guests’ interactions.
- Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff.
- Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary.
- Communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
- Remain calm and alert, especially during emergency situation and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the staff and other hotel employees.
- Efficient scheduling enough workers to handle busy periods.
- Order food, beverages and supplies to avoid running out of these items.
- Monitor inventory reports and order when necessary.
- Ensure that employees use older foods first to avoid exceeding expiration dates.
- Maintain cleanliness on a daily basis.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment by calling for repairs and training staff on proper use. Using proper standard operating procedures to report and fix these issues.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Recommending improvements to the work processes as required/needed
- Promoting a positive work environment that contributes to increasing efficiency and productivity of the workforce.
- Ensuring that all coordination and communication requirements are met consistently, appropriately and correctly.
- Continuously seek ways to improve her productivity, as well as her teams through upgrading of skills, coaching, counseling, etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education : Business Management or HRM or related training
- With 5 years’ experience managing a Chinese Restaurant
- Experienced managing a Chinese banquet
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
