Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage all flows of outbound and inbound client requests and issues via email, chat and phone;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve resolution;
  • Triage tickets to the appropriate internal departments and work with them to resolve the issues;
  • Work with teams (i.e.Sales, Operations,Compliance,Security),escalating issues and collaborating with appropriate parties to establish protocol on new processes;
  • Promptly respond to customer queries via the online chat portal and hit minimum expected client satisfaction scores based on feedback from chat users;
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment so that company efficiency and productivity standards are met; perform tasks accurately; organize work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines;
  • Identifies underlying issues and root causes of problems and collaborates with others to define problems and desired outcomes;
  • Expresses disagreement tactfully and with sensitivity and maintains composure under stress and pressure;
  • Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes;

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Atleast a BA/BS degree of Communication, Business or any behavioral field is preferred.
  • 2+ years experience as a Customer Support or any related a role that put you in direct contact with client is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with a flexible/shifting work schedule, working nights, weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application, mainly Word and Excel is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-learner
  • Must be a Team player
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
