Bookkeeper  

• Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Responsible for preparing and maintaining the accounting journals and ledger accounts.
• Assist in the accurate computation of Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes, preparation of tax returns, BIR monthly dues, and supporting documents in a timely manner.
• Responsible for preparing cash forecast for funding requirements
• Assist in collection follow ups / customer payment of receivables and preparation/payment of Account Payables
• Perform general bookkeeping and bank reconciliation
• Responsible for accounts payable & accounts receivable.
• Perform other related accounting tasks as directed.

• At least 2 – 3 years of Bookkeeping experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports
• Experience in services related to payroll such as writing checks and submitting payroll taxes
• Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
• Must have strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and other related programs
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking.
• CPA License is a plus
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
