Finance Manager  

• Provide support to Operations group, through information analyses (e.g. current processes, actual performance vs. budget and prior year, budget, etc.), preparation of operational data/analyses for publication to various constituents throughout the company
• Primary responsibilities will include assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review, identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements, annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance

• Design, develop and maintain internal metrics for improved business management

• Ensure that a company's internal controls and policies are functional and adequate, and that they comply with regulatory rules

*Certification equivalent to a U.S. CPA but in the Philippines

*At least 5 years of experience in this job role or equivalent

*BPO financial Management Experience preferred

*Proficient in QuickBooks

*Proficiency in XERO

*Knowledge/Experience with accounting rules in U.S. and Philippines

*Keen, diligent and knowledgeable on handling accounts/records

*Must be fluent in English (strong verbal and written skills)
