Corporate IT Manager | Solid Background in Hospitality Industry  

A Corporate Information Security Officer is expected to establish and maintain company-wide security and compliance policies and set the vision and strategy for enabling a highly efficient workforce.

Duties include:

• Oversee entire IT department, liaise between all parties to understand requirements and how best to meet them
• Procure buy-in from senior management for needed projects; manage and oversee all stages of the development lifecycle for new projects
• Work to deliver products on time and on budget; help to prioritize short and long term objectives
• Maintain existing programs, seeing that necessary updates are made; oversee maintenance of hardware
• Stay up to date on security risks, data policy and ensure corporate security/ privacy
• Report progress and challenges to senior management; work to meet the overall corporate goals
• Optimize profitability and customer satisfaction through technology; see that all reported issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Establish policies related to security, oversee compliance with regulations; and endure data and information privacy.
• Support system administration for corporate systems such as billing and accounting systems, human resources, payroll, and salesforce.
• Oversee helpdesk support, including provisioning and maintaining of PC and laptops for all employees. This includes supporting corporate headquarters, as well as multiple resorts, hotels and/ or offices, nationwide
• Manage the system administration team for corporate network & server infrastructure. Lead the team providing corporate IT services, including Active Directory, email, system monitoring, backup, and recovery, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• Evidence of continuing education, such as certifications, is a plus
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in the technology field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in leadership or management in an IT setting, preferably in Hospitality Industry
• Significant experience in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Solid working knowledge of current security protocols and threats
• Hands-on experience in all relevant coding languages (C#, HTML, Javascript)
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foresee possible issues and troubleshoot them proactively
