Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Do specification writing.
- Manage project documentations.
- Organize schedules, papers, digital documents, samples, and swatches.
- Manage and review contracts from suppliers and contractors.
- Manage the quality of the projects and ensure that everything being constructed is of excellent standards and meets expectations.
- Resolve problems that arise during construction and adjust plans accordingly.
- Conduct site inspections and hold weekly project coordination meetings.
- Create project program and controls budget.
- Oversee the development of design and construction drawings for high-end projects.
- Assess and develop suppliers’ and consultants’ design solutions.
- Work long hours and well under pressure.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in BS Architecture.
- Licensed Architect.
- At least ten years post qualification experience.
- Experience in:
- MEPF planning and construction.
- Running a team of Architectural and Technical Designers.
- Delegation, mentoring, and deadline management.
- Excellent design and drafting skills.
- Has the skills to both lead a team of professionals and work as part of a team.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other rendering softwares.
- Can work on ten projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to pitch or hold meetings whenever needed.
- Confident to take on high-levels of responsibility.
- Awareness of site and safety regulations and practices.
