Brand Manager | My Home & Celebrity Mom  

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing concepts for campaign proposals to potential and existing clients, advertisers, and partners that requires an Integrated Marketing Communications approach. He/She works closely with Sales / Advertising team for brand orientation and creative presentations, and eventually coordinates with various departments for supervision on the creative executions and implementations on various platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Takes the requirements and creative brief from Publishers/Sales Executives and produce original campaign proposals suited to the brand.
• Produces concept decks or campaign proposals in coordination with the Copywriter and Multimedia Artist.
• Brainstorms and explores different and unique ideas and concepts with the creative and sales team regarding possible creative executions for every campaign.
• Responsible for presenting ideas or proposals to Sales Director / EVP for approval and later on in presenting the proposal to direct clients/media agencies.
• Supervises the implementation of awarded projects on various platforms such as Print, TV, Digital Media, and Events.
• Coordinates with Editorial Team, Digital Media, Events 100, AdProm, PR and Sales team for the executions of approved proposals.
• Responsible for conceptualizing all marketing and promotional materials required for the campaign and ensures that each material is what the client agrees upon.
• Performs other related tasks and functions that may be assigned from time to time
• Adheres to and complies with the Philippine advertising standards and guidelines.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures relative to the discharge of duties and responsibilities as Integrated Marketing Communications Associate, as well as employment with the company.

• A graduate of Communications, Marketing, Advertising/Media or Visual Communication
• At least 1-year experience in advertising and brand marketing
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Highly creative and able to conceptualize and visualize
• Organizational skills
• Background in graphic design is a plus
