Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lay out, a design of plans, including as-built of building plans.
- Organize systematic filing of department documents.
- Inventory and monitoring of admin consumable - housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance.
- Institute purchases requisition of all materials required for the operation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of any Engineering course;
- Experience with Admin, Clerical or Building Maintenance and Safety is a plus;
- Must be proficient with AutoCAD (2D and 3D);
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
