Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Maintain routine operations and problem resolution of computer hardware or software systems. Work in technical support, applications development, operations, help desk, and similar environments, as well as in the field where equipment may be located.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in troubleshooting system & network problems
- Knowledge in diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Able to troubleshoot over the phone or via remote service tools
- Knows and administer SQL server & Windows server & Linux server
- Experienced in Retail Pro version 8.6
- Have basic electronics
- Knows how to reformat a computer
- Knows how to install & configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles & dealing with password issues
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues & requests
- Responding with agreed time limits to call outs
- Proficient in using Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc
- Knowledge in Amanda & Samba
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Computer Science, Information Technology graduates or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Willing to work in Sta. Mesa Manila (bordering Mandaluyong)
- Full time position only
